When a Gentle Reminder Isn’t Enough
Most posture braces are cueing devices: light straps that remind you to sit up. This is a different category. A structured lumbar panel plus adjustable shoulder straps gives genuine support to the lower back as well as the upper — which is what you want if you spend the day lifting, driving, or standing, rather than just sitting at a screen.
Key Benefits
- Structured lumbar panel supports the lower back, not just the shoulders
- Adjustable shoulder straps for upper-back cueing
- Firmer support than a lightweight cueing brace
- Distributes load across the torso rather than one strap line
- Breathable panel for extended wear
- Fits a wide size range
How to Use
Fit the lumbar panel across the lower back and adjust the shoulder straps until you feel a clear cue when rounding forward. Wear for 1 to 2 hours at a time. Do not wear all day — the muscles that hold you upright need to keep working or they deconditon. Pair with rows, face pulls and core work. Remove if you feel numbness or tingling.
