Ankle Support Sleeve Pair – Breathable Compression Ankle Brace

Common questions

Do I need a sleeve or a strapped brace?

A sleeve gives compression and feedback, which suits mild swelling and prevention. A strapped or figure-eight brace resists the ankle rolling, which is what you want after a sprain or if the ankle gives way.

Can you wear an ankle brace inside shoes?

Low-profile sleeves and thin strapped braces fit inside most trainers. Rigid stirrup braces usually need a half-size larger shoe or one with a removable insole.

How long should I wear an ankle brace after a sprain?

Through the activity that provokes it, and less over time as strength returns. Continuous bracing for months allows the supporting muscles to weaken, so pair it with rehab exercise.
