Wrist Compression Bands – 4-Pack Wrist Support Wraps

$16.99

Wrist compression bands are light elastic wraps that support the wrist during training and desk work. This four-pack is breathable knit with an adjustable closure, thin enough to wear under gloves. They give mild support and warmth, not the rigid stabilisation of a splint — choose a braced splint for a diagnosed injury.

Four, Because You’ll Lose One

Wrist wraps are the sock of the training world: you need them in two places at once, one is always in the wash, and at least one will vanish. A four-pack means there’s a pair in the gym bag and a pair at the desk, and the RSI you’re managing doesn’t get a day off just because laundry day arrived.

Key Benefits

  • Four wraps — enough for the gym bag, the desk and the wash
  • Compression support for the wrist joint under load
  • Adjustable closure for your preferred tension
  • Breathable material for extended wear
  • Works for training and desk-related RSI
  • Low profile under sleeves

How to Use

Wrap around the wrist and fasten to firm — never so tight that the fingers tingle or change colour. Wear during pressing, gripping or typing. Remove between sets if wrapped tightly, and remove at night.

Common questions

Should I wear a wrist brace at night?
For carpal tunnel symptoms, night-time is when a neutral-position splint helps most, because the wrist tends to curl during sleep. Numbness that wakes you or hand weakness should be assessed by a clinician.
What is the difference between a wrist wrap and a wrist brace?
Lifting wrist wraps are stiff straps you cinch for a working set and loosen between sets. A brace has a rigid stay and holds the joint in one position for hours. They are not interchangeable.
Can I wear a wrist support all day?
Only if a clinician has told you to. Wearing a splint constantly lets the forearm muscles that stabilise the wrist do less work, which can prolong the problem.
